Services from Fast Fitness Concepts

Personal Training – In Person. Training can take place in a gym or at your home. It depends upon your goals and the time you have available. Choose from many different packages. This type of training will help you transform your physique.

Personal Training – Online. You receive a customized exercise program and a workout log along with instructions for completing the exercises (in video format). You then execute the workouts, recording the requested details. You submit that to Fast Fitness Concepts weekly and get an adjusted workout plan for the next week. All progress is carefully tracked. This is an extremely affordable guided option for those who need some extra motivation and accountability.

Contest Preparation. Thinking about doing a bodybuilding, bikini, physique or figure contest? Let Fast Fitness Concepts assist you in navigating the mind fields of contest preparation. Everything you need is included in this program which is available both in person and online.
